There are obviously many legalities involved in the real estate
business, as it is a major investment, and no one wishes to make
any mistakes. Moving this real estate scenario to a foreign country
can make the tasks required seem all that more daunting, when in
reality, it is actually a smaller and faster process in Thailand
than it is in America and most Western countries (eg: no escrow,
transfer of title deed in a matter of hours!).
